V-Channel seals are designed to provide reliable sealing and vibration control in a variety of industrial applications. The flexible channel profile allows the seal to fit securely along edges, panels, and mating surfaces, helping to prevent air, dust, and material leakage while protecting components from wear.

Manufactured from durable elastomer materials, these seals maintain flexibility and performance even in demanding operating environments. The compact V-channel profile allows for easy installation and a consistent sealing surface.

This seal features a 0.47" channel width and 0.50" overall profile, making it well suited for applications requiring a tight, resilient edge seal.

Available Materials

• Silicone – Ideal for high-temperature environments. Silicone maintains flexibility and sealing performance across a wide temperature range and resists aging, ozone, and weathering.

• Neoprene  – A durable general-purpose rubber offering excellent resistance while maintaining consistent flexibility.
